关于规范科研论文作者所属单位英文名称的通知

各学院、相关单位：

为了加强学校科研论文成果的管理，提高科研论文管理系统对论文抓取和比对的准确率，实现科研论文管理的科学、高效，即日起，要求科研人员按以下规范标注论文作者所属单位的英文名称：

1.作者所属单位规范写法：学院或二级单位英文名称,学校英文名称及地址。

学院或二级单位英文名称见对照表。

地址中必须包含Wuhan 430074。

地学院科研人员所属单位标注示例：School of Earth Sciences,China University of Geosciences,Wuhan 430074,China
